Purchasing glasses is an investment for our customers, and we know that keeping them in tip-top condition is important. When you purchase frames from us, you receive an invitation to return every six months for a complimentary ‘MOT’ service for your glasses. If there are any issues with your glasses, we address them promptly to ensure you feel comfortable.
